Check In Process

Upon arriving to AKDO on the day of the sale, you will see check-in posters along the front of our showroom. Simply scan the QR code with your smartphone, and fill out the form you are directed to. This will place you in a virtual queue, securing your place in line to shop. We will call you once it is your turn to enter the warehouse.  Please note, only one check-in is required to “ship to” address. 

Policies & Procedures

• Come Prepared!
  • Be sure to be prepared with your square footage requirements. AKDO is not responsible for determining quantities needed.
• Identifying Sale Items
  • Discounted tiles and mosaics are labeled with part numbers, pricing (in red), and size (sqft) and can be found in the viewing and loading areas.
• Purchasing Process
  • Reserving Material: Work with your sales associate (Light Gray T-Shirts) to start a sales order and reserve your selections.
• Order & Checkout
  • Reserve items as soon as possible—sales are first come, first served. If you change your mind, notify a sales support associate to update your order.
  • Once selections are complete, your sales associate will take you to the Payment Coordinator, who will direct you to a Checker.
  • The Checker will finalize your order, confirm accuracy, arrange pickup/delivery, and collect payment.
• Pickup & Delivery
  • The Checker will inform you of the pickup timeline and location for loading.
  • The Checker will explain to you the delivery requirements.
• Important Notes
  • All sales are final. Orders must be picked up or delivered within 10 business days to avoid cancellation. Cancelled orders will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.
